Green Bean Canning Production Process Flow

Washing and Sorting System

Fresh or frozen green beans are conveyed to vibrating conveyors and sorting tables to remove impurities, damaged beans, and foreign materials. Bubble washing machines combined with high-pressure spray washing systems ensure thorough cleaning before further processing.

Cooling, Drying, and Packaging
