The vacuum freeze dryer is widely used across food processing, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, nutrition, and health product industries. Freeze drying preserves natural flavors, nutrients, and textures while extending shelf life. Freeze Drying Process Flow

  1. Raw Material Preparation: Clean, peel, slice, or cut fruits, vegetables, meat, or dairy products to uniform sizes for even drying.
  2. Pre-Freezing: Materials are pre-frozen to solidify water content, preventing cellular damage during drying.
  3. Loading: Pre-frozen materials are placed on anodized aviation aluminum heating plates inside the drying chamber.
  4. Vacuum Application: The chamber is evacuated to create a low-pressure environment, enabling sublimation.
  5. Primary Drying: Heat is applied through efficient heating plates. Ice sublimates directly into vapor, which is captured by the dual-trap condensation system.
  6. Secondary Drying: Residual moisture is removed to achieve target dryness, ensuring product stability.
  7. De-icing & Continuous Operation: Trap 1 melts accumulated ice while Trap 2 captures vapor, allowing uninterrupted operation.
  8. Unloading: Dried materials are automatically ejected, maintaining hygiene and minimizing manual handling.
  9. Packaging: Freeze-dried products are packed in moisture-proof containers, ready for storage or distribution.
