What is the maximum flour capacity for the YLM-25 model?
The YLM-25 is designed to handle 12.5kg of dry flour, resulting in approximately 25kg of finished dough per batch. However, the maximum load depends on the dough hydration ratio. For stiff dough (45-50% water), we recommend a max load of 12.5kg dough to protect the motor; for soft dough (55-60%+ water), it can handle the full 25kg capacity.

Yes. While our Micro-computer Digital Display is highly durable, we understand that downtime is not an option. The machine is equipped with a "Manual Operation Mode" switch. In the unlikely event of an electronics failure, you can switch to manual mode and continue production while waiting for a replacement board.
Is the machine safe for operators?
