Detailed Equipment Introduction
Gain in-depth insights into Automatic CIP Cleaning System for Juice and Sauce Lines equipment’s working principles, application scenarios, and technical highlights.
Automatic CIP Cleaning System for Juice and Sauce Lines
This automatic clean-in-place system circulates cleaning solutions through the pipes, tanks and equipment of fruit and vegetable juice or sauce lines. Solution storage, dosing, heating, circulation and monitoring are coordinated through PLC and touch-screen controls. The five-stage program shown below is a catalog example; actual recipes are selected for the equipment, residues and cleaning requirements.
Key Features
- Closed-pipe circulation and spraying of cleaning solution at selected temperatures and times.
- One or more cleaning-solution tanks, distribution piping, booster pump and return pump.
- Pneumatic control valves and acid/alkali metering pumps.
- Plate heat exchanger with temperature, conductivity and liquid-level monitoring.
- Independent cleaning-solution proportioning and pH control.
- Outlet arrangement designed to limit crystal deposition and associated pipe blockage.
- PLC, touch-screen interface and control cabinet display the operating status of key components.
- Catalog example sequence: water pre-rinse, alkaline wash, intermediate water rinse, acid wash and final water rinse.
Applications
- Fruit and vegetable juice line piping, tanks and equipment
- Fruit and vegetable sauce line piping, tanks and equipment
