The HSYL commercial fish canning line is designed as a fully automated seafood production train, moving from sanitary fish washing through filling, seaming and steam retort sterilization with minimal manual intervention.
The line references upstream sanitary process support from washing and cleaning machines and connects to precise thermal handling experience in cooking and frying solutions.
Oily fish and saline solutions are managed with dedicated pump loops and hygienic valves so each can is filled cleanly and the seamer remains free from residue.
