1. Intake: Receives bulk product from a Z-shaped bucket elevator or vertical screw conveyor, feeding into the 50L capacity stainless steel hopper equipped with a low-level sensor.

2. Processing: Automatically forms the film into a tube, fills the exact product weight via the auger servo, and completes the sealing/cutting cycle at a rate of 200-300 bags per hour (for 500g fills).

3. Discharge: Finished bags are discharged onto an outfeed conveyor for checkweighing or directly into a carton packing station.
