The production process begins with the bread slicing machine. Adjustable blade spacing ensures consistent slice thickness while maintaining bread structure. Once sliced, the bread is transferred to the feeding system where servo-driven conveyors position slices with accurate spacing.
The assembly machine then aligns the lower bread slice while operators add fillings and sauces. Guide rails maintain bread stability while the upper slice is automatically positioned to complete the sandwich structure. This controlled assembly stage ensures consistent product dimensions before the sandwich proceeds to downstream cutting or packaging systems.
All conveyors operate through synchronized motors managed by an industrial PLC controller. The control interface allows operators to adjust speed, monitor operating status, and perform rapid diagnostics when necessary.
