Once the dark meat, skin, and bones are separated, the purified loins are fed into multi-pocket volumetric solid fillers. To guarantee compliance with strict FDA and international drain-weight regulations, our synchronized liquid dosing systems inject hot brine, spring water, or vegetable oil at a highly precise ±1.5 gram volumetric tolerance. This exact solid-to-liquid ratio prevents the structural collapse of the fish matrix. The filled containers—whether standard 307x113 tinplate or aluminum club cans—then pass through a mechanical vacuum exhauster and high-speed double seamer, hermetically sealing the product at continuous speeds up to 600 cans per minute (CPM) before moving into the thermal processing zone.
