The HSYL canned fish processing line synchronizes fish handling, brine dosing, can filling and continuous retort sterilization to preserve flake integrity in 142mm tin cans while maintaining 8 to 12 tons per hour throughput.
HSYL integrates upstream prewash capability for whole tuna and sardine cases at washing and cleaning machines and pairs it with thermal processing expertise referenced at cooking and frying.
The line handles viscous oil and salt brine by using positive displacement pumps and a modular conveyor train to avoid pooling and maintain consistent dosing across can batches.
