Yes, customization is one of our core strengths. We can adjust machine dimensions, conveyor belt lengths, and motor positions to fit your specific factory floor plan. We also offer OEM/ODM services to modify machine functions according to your specific food processing formulas.
What materials are used in the construction of your food processing equipment?
We strictly adhere to food safety standards. All parts that come into contact with food are made of food-grade Stainless Steel 304 (SUS304). For highly acidic or salty processing environments (such as pickle or seafood lines), we can upgrade to SUS316 upon request to ensure maximum corrosion resistance.
Our country uses a different voltage standard (e.g., 220V/60Hz or 415V/50Hz). Can you adapt the electrical components?
Yes, we customize the voltage, phase, and frequency of the motors and electrical components to match your local power supply. Please confirm your specific voltage requirements with our sales team before production begins.
Do you provide testing videos before shipment?
Absolutely. We perform a strict Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for every machine. We will send you a detailed video of the machine running (with raw materials if available) to demonstrate its performance. We only crate and ship the equipment after we receive your confirmation and approval.
How is the equipment packaged to prevent damage during long-distance shipping?
We use heavy-duty, fumigation-free wooden cases (plywood) that comply with international export standards. The machines are wrapped in protective film to prevent moisture damage, and they are securely strapped inside the crate to prevent movement during sea or air transit.
What is the standard warranty period for HSYL machinery?
We provide a standard 12-month warranty starting from the date of the Bill of Lading. This covers main components like the motor, PLC, and gearbox against manufacturing defects. Wear-and-tear parts (such as sealing rings or cutter blades) are excluded, but we provide a spare parts kit with every machine.
Do you send engineers for on-site installation and commissioning?
For single machines, we provide comprehensive installation manuals and video tutorials, allowing for easy setup by your local technicians. For complete production lines, we can arrange for HSYL engineers to fly to your facility for installation, commissioning, and staff training (client is responsible for visa, travel, and accommodation costs).
What if a part breaks after the warranty period expires?
We provide lifetime technical support for all HSYL equipment. If a part needs replacement after the warranty, we can ship the specific component to you via DHL/FedEx at cost price. Our support team can also guide you via video call on how to replace it.
Are your machines compatible with local safety standards like CE or UL?
Yes, most of our models are CE certified for the European market. If you require specific UL components for the North American market or other regional certifications, please inform us during the inquiry stage so we can ensure compliance.
What is the typical lead time for production?
For standard standalone machines, the lead time is typically 10–15 working days. For customized equipment or complete production lines, the lead time is usually 25–40 working days depending on the complexity of the project.
